RISC is certified in the US Department of Commerce Safe Harbor program www.export.gov/safeharbor . As a member, RISC subscribes to the seven Safe Harbor Principles. Each of these seven principles will be discussed in this privacy statement.
RISC collects personally identifiable information only when you complete the information requested on the Contact RISC page of our web site. This information is collected for the purposes of sending the requested information to you. RISC does not share this information with any external organization. RISC does not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, nor will we sell you any unsolicited email.
RISC uses server logs that may collect some information about your browser. This information is not personally identifiable to any site visitor and is used internally by RISC for statistical purposes only.

RISC takes the security of your data very seriously. Your data is stored in a private system accessible only by RISC personnel from the RISC office. Your data is not accessible from the Internet once submitted to RISC. All RISC employees are trained on Safe Harbor principles and agree to abide by the Safe Harbor framework.
As noted previously, RISC will not disclose your information to any third-party unless legally compelled to do so.
Safe Harbor requires that the data collected be relevant for the purposes for which it is used. All data collected by the RISC web site is solely for the purpose of sending you the information that you request about our products.
Under Safe Harbor you have the right to review the personal information stored about you by RISC. You also have the right to request that data be corrected, amended or deleted where it is inaccurate unless the burden or expense of providing such access is disproportionate to the risks to your privacy, or where the rights of persons other than yourself would be violated.
